A Message from the President of
the Temple Lions Club

Welcome to the Temple Lions Club web site.
Founded in 1917 the Temple Lions Club is a Founder Club of Lions International. This year our club's theme is our 90 years of service to Temple and Central Texas.
Our membership (as of December 2007) is 114 Lions. We are a dynamic club that meets every Wednesday noon at our Lions Den @ Gober, 1516 W. Ave H. Attendance at the weekly meetings is high. We enjoy the company of our fellow Lions and we always try to schedule interesting and informative programs.
Our noon meals are catered and are brought to the Lions Den @ Gober, a city-owned park facility.
The club supports and participates in all the goals of our Lions District 2-X3. Through our fund raising efforts we are able to contribute too many local organizations as well as support the programs of our district and Lions International.
Our membership includes many Lions who have positions of responsibility and talent who provide their time and efforts in serving the public and enhancing the quality of life in the Temple area.
We hope that you will visit us whether you are a Lion or wanting to know more about Lionism.
